Extra Extra….

It’s hot in that kitchen right?  The next time you’re making pasta,make extra for another night.  My leftover pasta recipe will make you cook extra pasta every time you make it!

1. Take your perfectly cooked, chilled pasta out of the fridge.

2. Add a cup or so of jarred, oven roasted tomatoes and a bit of the delicious herb and garlic olive oil they are in.

3.  Tear in some fresh basil and season liberally with Kosher salt and pepper.

4. Shave in some parmesan cheese (sorry… this is not the time for dried herbs or the cheese in the green can).

5. Toss and Enjoy!
