A Food Adventure in San Francisco….

My colleagues and I had the most delicious experience at Boulevard in San Francisco.  Every bite was more delicious than the next. Thanks for picking such a great place Pat!

Each plate was a work of art… not the fru-fru… tiny morsel artistic… I’m talking beautifully displayed bountiful works of deliciously inviting plates.

The fig, pear and gorgonzola salad with walnuts and grapes was a salad I will not soon forget.

The wood oven roasted Berkshire Pork Prime Rib Chop was the most succulent, flavorful pork – enhanced by what tasted like a savory granola crust – so inventive and delicious,  over a turnip puree with shaved broccoli and bacon and crisp brussels sprouts.

One of my colleagues enjoyed the quail…

Another enjoyed the filet of beef with polenta.

The combinations were perfect;  If you’re in San Francisco, you have to try Boulevard. We all agreed that everything on our table was amazing.

I am now in search of savory granola – and I have to perfect crispy brussels in my kitchen, so delish!

Stay tuned….
