Yvette is a psalmist on a mission! A mission to have people all around the world connect with Christ through God glorifying worship – wherever they are. While Yvette has been singing and leading congregations into encounters with Christ through worship for more than ten years, it isn’t the stage she longs for; Yvette has a heart for intimate worship. “The most intimate worship often occurs when we are alone.” Her first “Join the Chorus” event, a Sunday morning worship session called together worshipers from all across the globe to join in a hallelujah chorus. Just as the vision purposed, people all over the US, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, the Philippines, Nigeria, Canada, Pakistan, Indonesia, Algeria, Zimbabwe, Australia, Brazil, Kenya, Mexico, Hong Kong, Italy, India, Nicaragua and Ghana stopped what they were doing and joined in the chorus, creating a moment of unity in worship never experienced before! Fall 2015 Yvette released “Be Healed”, inspirational songs of faith for healing - healing from sickness, disease, depression, heartbreak, mental anguish and brokenness. Yvette continues to work on her next recording project with songs like “Calvary”, a reminder of Christ’s redeeming love and “Steal Away” – admonishing believers to spend time alone with God. The songs include heart softening, thought provoking messages that will point hearts all over the world to Christ. Refusing to bury any of her talents, Yvette is a foodie and loves to spend time in her kitchen creating recipes and sharing her food adventures in her blog “Foodie Chronicles” and on her cooking show, “Savory”.
